Are there any programs in Windows 10 that can clone the C drive to an SSD?

When the new system (Windows 10) was officially released, I upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Now, I've purchased an SSD. I want to use it as a boot drive and keep my old HDD for data storage. Therefore, to achieve this, I need to migrate Windows 10 from HDD to SSD.
